At Chardroxux, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with our textile products and installation services. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Custom Products

Due to the bespoke nature of our curtains, upholstery, and textile products, all custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun. This includes:

  • Custom-sized curtains and drapery
  • Made-to-order upholstery
  • Personalized textile products
  • Custom-fabricated hardware

We strongly recommend reviewing all specifications, measurements, fabric selections, and design details before approving your order.

2. Ready-Made Products

For standard, ready-made products that have not been altered or customized, the following return policy applies:

  • Return Window: 14 days from the date of delivery
  • Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Documentation: Original receipt or proof of purchase is required

Ready-made products that qualify for return include our standard cushion collections, pre-made tablecloths, and decorative accessories.

3. Installation Services

For installation services, we offer the following guarantees:

  • If you are not satisfied with our installation service, please notify us within 7 days of completion
  • We will schedule a follow-up appointment to address any issues at no additional cost
  • If the issues cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion

4. Defective Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon delivery:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
  • Provide detailed photos of the damage or defect
  • We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion

This applies to both custom and ready-made products.

Receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return instructions.

Securely package the items in their original packaging if possible.

Return Shipping

Return the items using the shipping method specified in your return instructions.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned items:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products
  • A restocking fee of 15% may apply to ready-made product returns

7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for ready-made products within the 14-day return period, subject to product availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as returns and specify the replacement item in your return request.
